First, thank God for the successful Cath. etc for your son. It's amazing what they can do in the Cath lab now as opposed to open heart.
I just had to write you a note after reading about you on Moriah's blog. We are a CHARGE family from MO that has gone through the same news of having a second pregnancy with the same defects. We have a 12 year old boy, Peyton with CHARGE, were blessed with two typical children one boy, one girl and then had our fourth, a boy, with CHARGE. My two worst memories of my life are on an ultrasound table as you can relate.
Our youngest, Tate, was born with Tet of Fallot like your kiddos. I know all too well the many, many fetal echos to watch for how this was growing, that was developing. He had his third open heart and last repair in May of '07 where he got a contegra graft for his Pulmonary Atresia along with repairing the rest of his heart and is doing fabulously from a heart perspective. We will keep your precious Luke and baby girl in our constant prayers.
It's so hard to experience such sadness during a pregnancy, so I will pray for you Terra too, for extra strength and peace.
